Happy New Year!

Thank you for visiting our new website. Long Eaton Lau Gar Kung Fu train at West Park Leisure Centre in Long Eaton every Monday evening at 8:30pm. The Senior Instructor is Sifu Del Lewis who is a 5th Degree Black Sash Instructor. Sifu Jean, 4th Degree Black Sash Instructor also teaches. The class is suitable for all ages and abilities.

The website is new and we are planning to add more pages and update it on a regular basis so please watch this space!
